Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

1. Who we are

PMS App is operated by Simone Carboni, Via Caprie 24, 10138 Torino, Italy (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@pmsapp.org.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of PMS App digital products: Excel workbooks, PDF guides and video guides, sold individually or in bundles. By completing a purchase you accept them. Sections 6, 7, 10 and 11 also apply to free resources.

3. Who the products are for

The products are business tools for freelancers, small businesses and startups. If you buy for the purposes of your trade, business or profession, you buy as a business customer and the consumer-only rules below do not apply to you. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

4. Products, prices and payment

Each product is described on its offer page. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, in the currency shown. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Immediately after payment we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout. If nothing arrives within 24 hours (please check your spam folder), write to info@pmsapp.org and we will deliver manually.

6. Technical requirements

The workbooks are built for Microsoft Excel for desktop (Windows or Mac, Excel 2016 or Microsoft 365). Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, Excel for the web and mobile apps may break formulas and sheet protection. This is a limitation of those programs, not a defect of the product. Please check that you have a supported version of Excel before buying.

7. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for the internal purposes of one person or one business. You may edit your copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, distribute, publish, sublicense or upload the products or any part of them, or use them to build a competing product. All rights in the products remain ours. Any breach ends the licence automatically.

8. Right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you (a) expressly request that we supply the content immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Your delivery email confirms this request and acknowledgement.

9. When we refund

We refund the full price only if:

To ask, write to info@pmsapp.org from the email used at checkout and describe the problem. Refunds go to the original payment method. When a refund is made, your licence ends and you must delete the files. Any refund we grant outside these cases is a one-off courtesy and does not change these terms.

10. No professional advice, no guaranteed results

The products are templates and educational material. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Results depend on how you use them, and you remain responsible for your data, your backups and your business decisions.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Consumers — legal guarantee

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770, as implemented in your country). Section 9 describes how we apply it, and nothing in these terms limits it.

13. Problems and payment disputes

Write to us first: most problems are solved by email within 2 business days. If a payment is disputed with your bank, we will provide evidence of delivery and of your acceptance of these terms at checkout.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the courts of Turin, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where they live, and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
